Our Host Grace Warrior Deirdra “Dee” Kendrix is an Intuitive Coach & Executive Strategist, who also happens to be a recovering Corp Exec. Dee’s personal mission is to create authentic spaces of Grace and Transformational Growth. Dee is also the CEO and Chief Strategist of DC Global Group; a boutique firm with a niche expertise in organizational (culture) behavior and leadership advisory & development.

In 2016, Dee hosted a social experiment to determine what would happen if humans intentionally engaged based on potential value exchange versus likability or familiarity. The results were clear based on the transformational exchange experienced by the participants. Grace and Bravery – were at the beginning – and end – of every problem. It was at that moment that Koffee and Grace was born; and Dee’s journey to start a #GraceMovement began.

Dee is a proud NYC native with super deep East Coast roots. She currently resides in Dallas, TX with Milwaukee, WI as a second home. When she’s not CEO’ing in warrior or strategist mode, Deirdra can be found binge-watching an amazing series, indulging in home décor, or traveling for joy and restoration. However, her favorite pastime on any given day is spent curled up on the sofa with her amazing Husband Ossie and their very handsome fur babies Mason and Dallas- Blu.
